Public Scheme
For Families with Spouse, Parents, or Children Under Legal Custody
Age > 21
+ Apply with: Spouse, Parents, or Children under Legal Custody (for widowed/divorced).
+ Suitable for families with legally recognized dependents.
+ Parent-child combo: eligibility based on parent’s status (must be 1st/2nd timer).
+ Not eligible if parents have received two housing subsidies.
+ Interim judgment is accepted for booking if in divorce proceedings.
Fiancé/Fiancée Scheme (FFS)
For Couples Planning to Marry Before Key Collection
Months < 3
+ Apply with: Fiancé or fiancée (including boyfriend/girlfriend).
+ Must register marriage within 3 months of key collection.
+ If one party is under 21, they can only be listed as occupier.
+ Suitable for couples planning to marry before key collection.
+ Requires proof of relationship and intent to marry (e.g. ROM booking).
Orphan Scheme
For Orphans Applying with Siblings or Unrelated Orphans
No Parents
+ Apply with: All unmarried siblings or another single orphan.
+ All unmarried siblings must be included in same application.
+ At least one deceased parent must be SC or SPR.
+ No parents (deceased) required for eligibility under this scheme.
+ Only available to orphans with no living parents.
Joint Singles Scheme (JSS)
For Two Single Singapore Citizens Aged 35 and Above
Age > 35
+ Apply with: Another single person (must be SC and both aged 35+).
+ If widowed, minimum age is 21 (instead of 35).
+ Only available for Singapore Citizens.
+ Both applicants must be listed as co-applicants (not occupiers).
+ Designed for unrelated singles who wish to co-purchase an EC.

3. One of the applicant is > 18 and < 21 years old (if FFS), then parental consent is required.
